Because of our backgrounds in agriculture, we knew about farmland’s appeal, but recognized the high cost of entry and the burden of farm management kept farmland inaccessible to the average investor. At the same time, we saw an opportunity to provide farmers with innovative routes to capital for expansion. Using our combined experience in finance, tech, and agriculture, we created the first accessible farmland investments platform.

He leads the sourcing and underwriting for farms purchased and managed by AcreTrader LLC. Drew grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas and owned farmland in Arkansas for over a decade. Prior to joining AcreTrader, Drew spent 14 years in various roles in debt and equity capital markets. Drew served as Managing Director of corporate credit analysis for a fixed-income broker dealer and spent 12 years at Stephens Inc. with roles in equity research covering building materials and construction services, aerospace and defense, and energy exploration & production, as well as institutional equity sales. He holds Series 7, 63, 86, 87, 24 and 79 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Drew is a registered representative of North Capital Private Securities. Drew earned his degree from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and was voted to Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Team Rising Stars for his role as senior equity research analyst covering the aerospace & defense sector.
