Because of our backgrounds in agriculture, we knew about farmland’s appeal, but recognized the high cost of entry and the burden of farm management kept farmland inaccessible to the average investor. At the same time, we saw an opportunity to provide farmers with innovative routes to capital for expansion. Using our combined experience in finance, tech, and agriculture, we created the first accessible farmland investments platform.

Kyle has deep roots in agriculture and grew up in the Pacific Northwest on a dairy, row crop, and vegetable farm in Idaho and Washington State. He has four decades of experience within agricultural production, property management, acquisitions, and leasing throughout North America. He earned his degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and spent the first 30+ years in several leading operational roles within agricultural production. He spent the last 7 years with a large Private Agricultural Land Investment organization where he managed the North America Lease Portfolio. These years of experience gives him great insight concerning evaluation, research, finances, and operations of properties, areas, and organizations. He holds series 63, 79, and 82 licenses and previously held series 7 & 63 with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
