He spent over 17 years at Google, where he is credited with founding and leading the Growth Lab, Google's central growth function, and delivering a consistent 10x return on investment year-over-year. Matthieu served as a strategic, technology and operating partner to over 100 teams, ensuring they had everything they needed to grow their products. Prior to that, Matthieu was driving SMB growth, tripling the number of small and medium businesses registered on Google Maps through its local business listing service, and scaling AdWords Express, a fully automated ad product designed specifically for SMBs, into a multi-hundred-million dollar business. Now, Matthieu leverages his expertise to provide guidance to founders, CEOs, and board members across industries and sizes, on product positioning, go-to-market, user acquisition, revenue growth, technology utilization, and operational scalability. Matthieu holds a M.Sc in Engineering from Télécom SudParis.
